Shadow Box

Hey everyone,

We’ve almost come to the end of another year!Whilst I haven’t been really crafty this past year especially the second half, I’m grateful for some of the new techniques I’ve learned.

This is my final post for the year…SU! Shadow Box. It is a gift for a family friend and I wanted it to have a spiritual theme. So I used a lot of Verve Stamps and wood veneer as well as dies in my stock to decorate and embellish.

Am quite happy with the result…

Up close…

Merry Christmas everyone and a happy and crafty New 2013!

Chipboard Mini Calendars

Hey everyone,

This is my second post for the day. I recently received an order for my mini calendars that I was selling at my craft fairs. However, these were for adults so here’s my take on them.

I had to make 17 of them and the client wanted them personalized with initials of the folks she was gifting them to. I initially had planned on using the initials in the scallops from my earlier post on mini calendars but since there were already enough accessories, just kept the initials simple.

The client asked for gift tags with a personal message, so here they are. On the back I just added a To: and From: to be filled in to add that personal touch.

I had these packaged in cello bags with a white bag topper and wrapped with a white chiffon with green polka dot broad ribbon which I tied in a bow and then attached the gift tags to.

Stocking Stuffers

Hey everyone,

A week ago made some stocking stuffers, most of which I have made earlier, but there are a few new ones I attempted which I thought of sharing.

Up next mini 2013 diaries with little gingerbread men to add to the holiday theme.

I used some designer paper to wrap these tissue packs. Make essential and cute teacher gifts.

Another teacher gift with a holiday twist – Santa Suit Hand Sanitizer

Chipboard 2013 mini calendars.

Tic Tac holders…

Cute owl pegs…stationery gifts

Finally, owl keyrings….
