Hey everyone,
My post for today is an entry for the Cas-ual Fridays Challenge…the theme being the focus on sentiments. I tried out a few ideas but none seemed to gel as this one that I finally settled on. I coupled my profession – Geography teacher and the fact that this is an international competition drawing us from all over the globe as one happy crafting family..:)
For this card, I pulled out my Lawn Fawn alphabet stamps for the word HELLO in different languages and an old atlas to create this card. I distressed the maps with Tim Holtz distress inks in Broken China, Crushed Olives and Mustard Seed and used patterned paper for the background. Lawn Fawn twine finished off the card. ;D
